After years of testing and input from legendary 8 times world champion calf roper Roy Cooper and the 2006 All Round PRCA Cowboy, Trevor Brazile, we have the finest performance cinch on the market to date. Starting with quality sheepskin against the horse, which has proven the be the best material to provide excellent cohesion for the horse's skin and yet very gentle. We have countless stories of horses with cinch sores from using another cinch where the horses were healing while being still ridden with our cinch.

The next key to our construction is the 29 strand cotton/mohair core of the cinch. This allows about 1 inch of natural fibre "Stretch" which provides the horse easier respiratory recovery.

The final part of the CM Performance Cinch is the hair on cover. Contrary to popular belief I chose hair on to keep out dirt, burs & other debris and NOT to be "Fashionable" like some people think. Longhorn hair on is incredibly durable and even if muddy will brush off and retain it's original look for years. By keeping out dirt and debris we can extend the life of our cinch beyond lesser quality cinches.

Our new design is with the highest performance in mind. Stainless Steel buckles with sheepskin hair on against the horses skin while also providing any matching of billet strap and billet keeper.
